   • games within 15 rungs will be counted

Basic rules:

• if the challenger wins he takes the defender's rung on the ladder
• new players start at the bottom of the ladder

Playing games:

• games are to be played even (no handicap, 6.5 komi)
• you may challenge any player within 15 rungs
• it is up to players to schedule and play on KGS
• if a player agrees to a scheduled game but fails to appear they forfeit (please be clear about timezones!)
• in case of a forfeit or if the robot misses your game contact programmar

• challengers are paired with the next available player up the ladder (maximum 15 rungs)
